我的家鄉(xiāng)在永福，它依山傍水，景色秀麗、神奇。是一座令人留連忘返的綠色小城，它還是福壽文化的發(fā)源地之一。

在永福的中央，有一座高大的山，名叫“鳳巢山”，又名“鳳山”。山上古木參天，蒼翠蔥蘢，西江像一條玉帶環(huán)繞著鳳山。之所以叫鳳巢山，是因?yàn)橄鄠鞴艜r(shí)候有一對(duì)鳳凰筑巢棲息在山中的梧桐樹上，因此而得名。山頂上有個(gè)高87厘米、寬78厘米的掌書石刻的巨大“福”字。相傳這個(gè)“福”字是武狀元李珙用手掌所書。后來，人們就稱這里為“永?！?，意思是：永遠(yuǎn)幸福。在百壽，有一個(gè)巖洞叫夫子巖，又名百壽巖，巖中有一幅“百壽圖”。它是由99個(gè)不同字體的“壽”字組成的一個(gè)大的“壽”字，希望這里的人們能百年長壽。所以，永福就變成了名副其實(shí)的“福壽之鄉(xiāng)”。

鳳山的北邊是美麗的天鳳廣場(chǎng)，它位于西江河邊。河堤上有倒垂的柳樹。一陣風(fēng)吹來，柳條隨擺動(dòng)，像一個(gè)個(gè)羞答答的小姑娘。河堤上有許多人在乘涼、聊天。廣場(chǎng)四周有一幢幢高樓大廈，還有一排排整齊的別墅。晚上，廣場(chǎng)上有很多人，有的人在跳健身舞，有的人在散步，還有的人在唱卡拉OK……；廣場(chǎng)上有五光十色的彩燈：有的像煙花，有些會(huì)變顏色，一會(huì)兒藍(lán)，一會(huì)兒綠……；還有許多體育器材，如：太空漫步機(jī)、雙杠、秋千、摸高器等等。天鳳廣場(chǎng)不但是人們娛樂的地方，這里還舉行多過桂林永福首屆福壽節(jié)的開、閉幕式和千叟宴活動(dòng)。
