朱宅

朱宅是寧波幫早期知名商人朱旭昌于1935年建造的宅邸。朱旭昌是寧波籍的上海大亨他早年投資創(chuàng)辦了寧波錦華行。經(jīng)營(yíng)亞細(xì)亞石油，在寧波、紹興、臺(tái)州等地遍設(shè)分行，曾擔(dān)任寧波市政府建設(shè)委員會(huì)委員、全國(guó)錢(qián)莊業(yè)同業(yè)公會(huì)聯(lián)系會(huì)理事。在早期寧波幫商人中有著舉足輕重的位置。這樣的經(jīng)歷也是他的這座舊宅中西合璧，成為了上世紀(jì)20年代西洋建筑在華的巔峰之作，更引領(lǐng)了當(dāng)時(shí)上流階層的時(shí)尚潮流。細(xì)觀建筑可以發(fā)現(xiàn)它具有濃厚的西洋魅力?？傉嫉丶s276平方米。大門(mén)朝東南，依街而建，臨街面呈圓弧形，外立面為仿古希臘神廟式。門(mén)窗之間裝飾了古羅馬科林斯柱。柱上還有精美的卷草和花籃。包括宙斯神廟在內(nèi)的許多世界級(jí)名建筑都采用了這種柱型。除了西式的外表，朱宅還具有一顆中國(guó)心。內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)依然帶有濃厚的傳統(tǒng)韻味。它的門(mén)窗、走廊布局都是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)格。這樣的中西合璧也引領(lǐng)了本世紀(jì)初中國(guó)上流階層住宅的全新革命。

Zhu Courtyyard

Now looking the decoration along my left hand, this is the No.2 Yang Shan road, the private villa--Zhu Villa, which was built by Zhu Xuchang--the early famous businessman in the 1920s. Zhu Xuchang cames from Zhenghai in Ningbo, when he wasa child, he left his home to make a living in Shanghai business world. In the early time, he invested in establishing the Jinghua Bank of Ningbo, and managed the Asia Oil. He opened some branches in Ningbo, Shaoxing, Taizhou, and held the post of Ningbo Government Construction Committee, the director of money shop in the world. Because of his open-mind, we can see the structure layout and decoration from his private villa. This villa is the towering house, with rigorous Shi Kumen to building, it's the typical representative of space element and vision element, it's the peak work of western architecture in China. It's so foreign flavour for beautiful arc-shape over facade. The whole building is three layers of block and concrete structure, the second floor has the terrace, bottle type pillar. Under the windowsill,there has exquisite decoration, the whole decoration is Corinthian style, which with an intense European type style. The internal structure still has an intense tradition style, the doors and windows are madein wood, also the corridor. The architecture layout leads the upper-class residential new Chinese revolution, which is in small, exquisite style. The building preservation is well , it was one of the typical building. Now, the Zhu Zhai hasbeen a Mansion House, you can taste the slap-up cubilose and sea-ear soup,also the typical Guangdong Cuisine. Mr. Yu Qiuyu--a famous poet from Ningbo wrote the couplet hung on the columns of a hall that was"Three rivers converge into Chinese--Western tide, the old building witnesses the improvement today."

ここは寧波商人朱旭昌によって建てられた住宅―——朱宅です。朱旭昌氏は寧波鎮(zhèn)海人、若い頃から故郷を出て上海で生計(jì)を立てました。寧波錦華行という會(huì)社を創(chuàng)立してアジア石油を経営しました。のち、寧波、紹興、臺(tái)州等で支店を設(shè)立しました。寧波市政府建設(shè)委員會(huì)委員や全國(guó)銭荘業(yè)同業(yè)公會(huì)連絡(luò)會(huì)理事を務(wù)めたこともあります。なので比較的思想が開(kāi)けており、これは彼の住宅構(gòu)造やデザインにも現(xiàn)れています。この住宅は高く聳え立っており、綿密な石庫(kù)門(mén)建築です。建築全體が空間元素と視覚元素の最高傑作であり、また洋風(fēng)建築が中國(guó)での最高傑作でもあります。優(yōu)美なアーチ表が特徴で、西洋風(fēng)が満々と溢れています。建築全體は三階建てのレンガ構(gòu)造で、二階の道側(cè)には露天ベランダがあり、瓶形の裝飾縦柱もあります。窓の下には精緻な浮き彫りもあります。コリント式の飾りが中心で、鮮明なギリシア風(fēng)格が出ています。內(nèi)部構(gòu)造は濃厚な伝統(tǒng)が込められ、中でも木造の門(mén)や窓、床板が代表です。きめ細(xì)かく、巧みで、精美な建築構(gòu)成が見(jiàn)事に花模様の彫刻と結(jié)び合い、本世紀(jì)初中國(guó)上流階級(jí)住宅の先頭を切りました。よく保存された朱宅はその時(shí)代の建築の代表と言えるでしょうか。朱宅は今「天城府邸」となり、高級(jí)なツバメの巣とフカの鰭料理と広東料理が食べられます。ちなみに、看板と扁額「三江柔波溶匯中西潮汐，百年老樓且聽(tīng)今日腳步（三つ江の柔らかい波は中西の潮汐が溶け込み、百年の建物が今日の歩みを聞く）の文字が寧波籍である文化名人兼書(shū)道家余秋雨氏が書(shū)かいたものです。
